ExtraSense mobile application · Last updated: 17 August 2026
These terms are the agreement between you and RoBk — "we", "us" — the independent developer who publishes ExtraSense, about your use of the ExtraSense mobile game on Google Play and on the App Store. RoBk is a trading name of an individual developer, not a company; the developer's verified legal name and contact address are shown on the app's page in the store you installed it from. By installing or using ExtraSense you accept them. If you do not accept them, do not use the app.
ExtraSense is a collection of small games about guessing hidden things. It is entertainment. The games are built on chance, and nothing in the app is a measurement, a diagnosis, a prediction, or a statement about anyone's abilities. Scores, streaks and the "against chance" figures shown after a session are part of the game and mean nothing outside it.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use ExtraSense on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial entertainment, in line with the rules of the store you installed it from. We keep all other rights.
You agree not to:
You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age required in your country to agree to terms like these, to use ExtraSense. If you are under the age of majority where you live, a parent or guardian must agree to these terms on your behalf.
ExtraSense is free and shows a small number of adverts. When you first open the app we ask whether adverts may be chosen using your device's advertising identifier; you can change your answer at any time in Settings, and refusing costs you nothing — the same games and the same number of adverts. What the advertising provider processes, and how to opt out at the operating-system level, is described in our Privacy Policy.
Adverts come from third parties. We do not control what they contain and we are not responsible for advertised products, services or websites.
Some games are part of Pro. You may also open one of them for a single run by choosing to watch a video advert, a limited number of times per day. That is an offer, not a requirement: no video is ever shown unless you ask for it, and if the video does not finish, nothing is used up and nothing is unlocked.
ExtraSense Pro unlocks additional games and settings and removes all advertising. It is offered as an auto-renewing subscription of 3 or 12 months, or as a single permanent purchase.
Because payment runs through the store, your store's own terms also apply to the transaction. On iOS, unless we say otherwise, Apple's standard Licensed Application End User Licence Agreement applies alongside these terms; where the two conflict, these terms govern anything they cover.
ExtraSense has no accounts and no server of ours. Your settings and progress live on your device and are deleted when you uninstall. What is stored, what the advertising provider processes, and how to exercise your rights is set out in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.
Because progress is stored only on your device, uninstalling the app, clearing its data or losing the device loses that progress. There is no backup we can restore from. A Pro purchase is not lost: it lives with your store account and comes back with "Restore a purchase".
We may add, change or remove games, modes and features, and we may change what is included in Pro in future versions. If a change would remove something you have already paid for during a period you have paid for, we will not apply it to that period.
ExtraSense is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we make no warranty that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for any particular purpose. Nothing here removes rights you have as a consumer under the law of your country, including any statutory guarantees that cannot be excluded.
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost data or lost progress arising from your use of ExtraSense. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us for the app in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability for death, personal injury, fraud, or anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.
You can end it at any time by uninstalling the app. We may suspend or end your licence if you break these terms in a material way. Sections 8 and 9 survive.
Apple and Google are not parties to these terms and are not responsible for ExtraSense or its content. They have no obligation to provide support for it. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you.
